1. Swimming Course Enrollment

By enrolling in any swimming course at Flexipoint, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and contact information
• Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
• Attend scheduled lessons or provide 24-hour notice for cancellations
• Respect other participants and instructors
• Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation

2. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms for our swimming courses:

• Payment is required before the start of each course or lesson
• Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the course start date
• No refunds for missed lessons without prior notice
• Package deals are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

3. Safety and Health

Safety is our top priority. All participants must:

• Follow all safety rules and instructor directions
• Inform instructors of any health conditions or concerns
• Use appropriate swimming attire and equipment
• Not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Respect the pool area and equipment

4. Liability and Insurance

While we maintain the highest safety standards, participants swim at their own risk. Flexipoint is not liable for:

• Personal injury or accidents during lessons
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
• Any indirect or consequential damages

5. Course Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to:

• Insufficient enrollment (minimum 3 participants)
• Instructor illness or emergency
• Pool maintenance or safety issues
• Weather conditions (for outdoor courses)

In case of cancellation, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the course.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to:

• Collection of contact and health information
• Use of photos/videos for promotional purposes (with consent)
• Communication about courses and services
• Data sharing with emergency services if necessary

7. Code of Conduct

All participants must maintain appropriate behavior:

• Respect instructors, staff, and other participants
• Follow all facility rules and regulations
• No disruptive or dangerous behavior
• No use of inappropriate language or actions
• Comply with all safety protocols

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to enrolled participants. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Poland.
